Part of the problem with blogging is it is often contextless. You don’t know me, or if you KNEW me in my past you certainly do not know me NOW. You do not see my face or my body language as it reacts. You do not know where I have been or what I believe and why. So to provide some context to my posts I think it is time for me to give you some understanding of where I am spiritually and theologically; because I am a little concerned about being misinterpreted in my writing, I’ve decided to write a work-in-progress credo. While I welcome criticism and dialogue over my ideas, questions, and thoughts, I do not welcome or enjoy misinterpretation and misrepresentation. So in the interest of avoiding both, look for a new tab in my header that will help you understand where I am coming from theologically.
