I’ve decided to fast from blogging during the Lenten season.

I need it. My soul needs it.

While I think I’ve been given some opportunity to speak into some conversations using this medium, it’s an idol right now—an idol of 1’s and 0’s, of silicone and electricity and light and words.

After Resurrection Sunday I am leaving for a week-long trip to the Dominican Republic, so I guess I will probably get back to this space on May 1. Until then I will not post or comment, but will still at least moderate the comment discussion.
