Most gracious and merciful Father, who gave up His Son unto death for the sins of the people of my city: I pray that you might convict them of their willful rebellion against you and your Way, while provoking them toward repentance and drawing them unto yourself to find forgiveness for sins and life everlasting; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, now and for ever.
