I mentioned a few days ago that next week Tuesday, October 31, is the  three year anniversary of the launch of my first book, the (un)offensive gospel of Jesus. It’s 252 pages of “raw art” that includes my musings and reflections on the Church’s responsibility to show Jesus and tell His hopefully Story well. Since three years is a good age, I thought I would celebrate for the next several days by shamelessly reintroducing it :

I posted the foreword from Scot McKnight and here I’ve posted the introduction video I made three years ago using my MacBook and iMovie. I think it gives a good taste of what I had hoped to accomplish with the book when I set out to write it. I’ll post a few more that include some chapter readings and reactions to the idea before it was even released. Hopefully they’ll inspire you to continue showing Jesus and telling his hopeful Story well!

PS—The book retails for $14.95 on amazonand barnes and noble (eBook versions are available for bothKindle and NOOK for $7.99), but for a short time you can purchase it from my publishing company for $7.00 plus $2.95 shipping. That’s less than a meal at Panera!
